Public Building With Puddles of Water

A broken pipe in the roof is the reason for the puddles all along the main floor. The water created a hole in the ceiling and continued to pour out into the night.

The damage was not known until the employees started showing up to work the next day. The facility manager called their insurance and was referred to SERVPRO of Yavapai County.

You should of seen this place when there were three crews extracting water and placing air movers all over the place. It looked like Christmas with all the green equipment mixed in with the red chairs and couches.
